Position Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Manager, Senior Accountant to lead the financial operations related to cash receipts and disbursements. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial processing aligned with organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:

-       Review and accurately enter cash receipts into the general ledger system.

-       Oversee Corporate American Express and travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.

-       Notify employees of outstanding receipts.

-       Reconcile accounts to the general ledger.

-       Ensure staff expense reports comply with NACHC policies.

-       Prepare the check run efficiently and accurately.

-       Manage vendor 1099 tax returns: prepare, reconcile, and remit reports to vendors and the IRS.

-       Supervise the work of the Specialist, Accounts Payable.

-       Undertake other duties as assigned to support organizational goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

-       Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 5 years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.

-       Proficiency in Sage Intacct (or similar accounting software) is required.

-       Proficiency in DATABASICS (or similar expense reporting system) is required.

-       Knowledge of general accounting principles, standard accounting policies, procedures, and regulations. 

-       Ability to process computer data and format and generate reports.

-       Ability to work as a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to analyze and solve problems.

-       Ability to supervise others and delegate at an appropriate level.

Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.

Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
