Health center boards must fulfill some unique requirements. How familiar are you with the health center board model and/or how would you plan to familiarize yourself with the model in order to design relevant training and technical assistance programs for health center boards? *

Are you willing to represent NACHC and travel to training events and national conferences occurring in person as well as NACHC team meetings as requested by supervisor? This may be 5-7 trips per year in various locations across the country. *
