Position Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and process focused Manager, NACHC Select & Corporate Membership Marketing to create and execute the marketing components of NACHC’s Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and Corporate Membership Program. This role is critical in launching and scaling the marketing strategy for NACHC Select.

This is a foundational role in a newly forming team, requiring a strong self-starter with strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to work cross-functionally and with external stakeholders. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1.    Marketing Strategy and Content Development

a.    Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing plans for each of the organizations that are part of NACHC Select and Corporate Membership.

b.    Create and manage marketing content including newsletters, website copy, promotional materials, and social media assets.

c.     As a part of NACHC’s marketing team this person will need to produce all promotional materials.

2.    Stakeholder Engagement

a.    Serve as the primary marketing liaison to internal teams, vendor partners, and NACHC Select and Corporate members.

b.    As a member of the NACHC marketing team this person will ensure consistent messaging and branding.

c.     Collaborate with the Events Team to ensure that NACHC Select partners and Corporate Members are highlighted throughout the NACHC Conferences.

3.    Project Management

a.    Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets related to marketing services to ensure that all marketing deliverables are met for all companies that are a part of NACHC Select and NACHC Corporate Membership.

b.    Track and report on marketing campaign performance and KPIs, both individually and collectively, leading to quarterly reports on the overall performance of NACHC Select and Corporate Membership.

c.     Ensure all marketing activities comply with both the terms of the GPO Agreement, and Corporate Membership deliverables, including confidentiality and brand usage.

4.    Serve as a team member to support function area responsibilities and activities related to engagement with NACHC’s constituents.

a.    Support the planning and implementation of NACHC conference education.

b.    Support function area at NACHC conferences, constituent-supported meetings, and/or other meetings as needed.

c.     Support function area reports/briefings for NACHC’s Board of Directors and in response to items raised by constituents.

d.    Support other duties as directed, which may include assisting with NACHC Committees, Subcommittees, and/or Taskforces of the Board of Directors. 

 

Required Qualifications:

·       Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, focusing on Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (master's preferred).

·       At least five years’ experience in marketing, preferably with technology or healthcare, or B2B marketing, or another related field.

·       Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.

·       Works effectively (prioritize, multi-task, deliver on-time) with attention to detail.  

·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

·       Strong project management skills and marketing tools.

·       Experience applying project management methodologies such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, Jobs to Be Done (JBTD); certifications preferred. 

 

Technical Skills:

·       Experienced user of Microsoft Office applications. 

·       Proficiency in project management tools for planning, executing, and evaluating programs.

·       Experienced user of video-conference platforms including Microsoft Teams, Zoom. 

·       Superior verbal and written skills. 

·       Ability to manage multiple priorities and be responsive to internal and external requests. 

·       Experienced with project management, customer relationship management, learning management platforms, and other virtual apps or software. 

·       Ability to employ digital tools for collaboration, communication, and project management to facilitate remote and cross-functional team interactions.

 

Salary: $80,000-95,000
